Pawgloo set out to be the operating system for pet parents in India — matchmaking, tele-vet, walking, boarding, grooming and community in one place. Our brief was to make something that broad feel simple, warm and trustworthy from day one.
The challenge
A super-app is a hard thing to explain. Too many features and the story collapses into a list; too few and you lose the ambition. Pawgloo needed a brand and a product identity that could hold a lot of services without feeling cluttered or clinical.
Our thinking
We started with the pet parent, not the feature set. What do they worry about, what do they love, when do they reach for their phone? That behavioural map shaped the naming, the visual language and the order in which the product introduces itself.
The work
We developed the brand identity, the content strategy across dog behaviour, health and India-specific lifestyle, and supported the product design as it moved onto a React Native stack. Everything was built to make a broad platform feel like a single, friendly companion.
Where it landed
Pawgloo launched with a coherent identity and a content engine built for long-term SEO, positioning it not as another pet app but as a category — a pet OS for India.
